Wood Britton

Wood Britton is a seasoned investment banking and private equity professional with more than 30 years of experience advising middle-market companies. Previously, Wood co-founded a middle-market-focused investment banking firm that completed transactions valued at more than $6 billion, advising public and private companies on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Wood was actively involved in his family’s operating business, which included more than 50 convenience stores, car washes, and oil distribution centers. He is also a co-founder of an investment company that acquired a regional building products company that later sold to a national strategic buyer and acquired a national insurance and employee benefits-focused marketing firm. Wood has served on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards, including Murray Supply Company, Henley Corporation, Ocozzio Marketing, Centenary United Methodist Church, Summit School and The United Way. Wood earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
