Thomas McClane has nearly a decade of experience across commercial and investment banking, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes advising on both buyside and sellside M&A transactions as well as capital raises for family- and founder-owned businesses, private equity-backed companies, and publicly traded corporations. Thomas has executed engagements across a range of industries, including business services, healthcare, industrial, and software. Prior to Klar, Thomas spent time at Genesis Capital and SunTrust Bank. Thomas graduated with highest honors from The Georgia Institute of Technology, where he received a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering.
