In addition to holding senior leadership roles with several venture-stage software companies, Justin began his career at leading M&A boutique McColl Partners, where he spent over a decade executing middle market transactions and supporting the firm’s nationwide expansion that culminated in its acquisition by Deloitte. Justin graduated with distinction from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received a bachelor of science degree in business administration and was a Morehead-Cain Scholar.
