Ian Zimmerman has nearly a decade of M&A and private capital raising experience across investment banking and private equity. Most recently, he spent several years at a private equity firm focused on control equity investments in middle-market healthcare companies. As the firm’s first non-partner hire and one of its founding team members, Ian was primarily responsible for building the firm’s deal origination and investment processes. He has executed both buyside and sellside transactions across multiple industries, including healthcare, business services, manufacturing, distribution, and consumer. Ian earned his undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University and his MS from Arizona State University.
